How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within a few business days. After that, delivery time varies by location, and your order may arrive sooner or later depending on where you live and how busy the carrier is around holidays.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from our US-based fulfillment partner.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can enter it on the carrier's website to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We don't currently publish a formal return or refund policy, but if there's a problem with your order, please email us at tranderektri@gmail.com and we'll work with you to make it right.

Are CalmPaws calming products safe for my dog?

Our calming supplements are formulated for dogs. Always follow the directions on the package, and check with your veterinarian first if your dog is taking medication or has a health condition.
