Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. Items that ship from our overseas warehouse usually arrive in 8–14 business days; the product page says when that applies. The estimate shown at checkout is the most accurate for your address.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard US shipping is included in every price, so checkout adds no shipping charge. There is no express option.
Where do you ship?
We ship to eligible addresses within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email. Some orders arrive in separate packages on different dates, for example when an order has both overseas and US items.

How does the 15% off work?
Add any 2 or more items to your cart and 15% comes off your order automatically. No code needed; the discount shows in your cart.

What does CalmPaws sell?

Do you sell anything for cats?
Yes. The Felt Cat Cave Bed and the Felt Tunnel Nest are made for cats, and the Plush Donut Bed fits dogs and cats up to 25 lbs. See everything for cats in our For Cats collection.
How do I choose a size?
Each product page lists its sizes. The wrap jacket, fleece coat and sherpa vest are sized by chest girth: measure around your dog's chest, just behind the front legs. For the basket muzzle, measure around your dog's snout and along its length. We don't publish measurement charts for the wrap jacket or the muzzle yet, so send us your numbers through our contact page and we'll help you pick a size before you order.
Is the car seat bed a crash restraint?
No. The Dog Car Seat Bed is for comfort and containment only. It's made for small dogs up to 13 lb. Use it on the back seat, and clip the tether to a harness, never a collar.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay and Google Pay. You'll see every available option at checkout before you pay.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used pet-contact products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our full refund policy.
Can I exchange clothing for another size?
Yes. You can try a coat, vest or wrap on your dog indoors to check the fit. If it doesn't fit, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll exchange it for another size, as long as it's clean, unwashed, free of pet hair and has its tags. We ship the new size at no charge; return shipping for a size exchange is your cost.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We'll replace it, refund it, or find another fix at no extra shipping cost to you.
Product safety
Are CalmPaws calming products safe for my dog?
Always follow the directions on the package, and check the fit of anything your dog wears. If your dog has a health condition, ask your veterinarian before trying something new. Plush and heartbeat toys are comfort toys, not chew toys, so supervise play.
