CalmPaws is a small online pet store at calmpawscare.us. We sell a short range of beds, comfort toys and gear for dogs and cats, and we ship to addresses in the United States.
What we sell
- Beds and comfort toys: a donut cuddler bed for dogs and cats, a felt cat cave bed and heartbeat plush toys.
- Wraps, hoodies and collars: a stretch wrap jacket, an X-Small hoodie with an ear cover and a Trail Tail pheromone collar.
- Lick mats: an X-large LickiMat lick mat.
- Car rides and vet visits: a car seat bed for small dogs and a silicone basket muzzle.
How we work
- Where products come from: we source our products from suppliers, and a third-party fulfillment partner packs and ships orders. Some items ship from our fulfillment partner's overseas warehouse.
- Shipping: US addresses only, and standard shipping is included in every price. Most orders are processed in 1–2 business days and arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. Items from the overseas warehouse usually arrive in 8–14 business days, and the product page says when that applies. You get a tracking email when your order ships. See the shipping policy.
- Returns: request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Opened or used pet-contact products can't be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. See the refund policy.
- Discount: 15% off automatically when you buy any 2 or more items.
- Support: email support@calmpawscare.us or message us through the contact page. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday.
A note on our products
