How does the calming collar work?
The collar releases a pheromone-based scent designed to mimic the comforting scent mother dogs produce. Some dogs seem more settled with it on, but responses vary from dog to dog.

When should I put it on?
For the best chance of it helping, put the collar on a few days before a known stressful event, like a trip or fireworks season, or use it continuously during a period of change. Pair it with a safe space and gradual training.

Is it safe for my dog?
The formula is drug-free and the collar has a safety release. Check the fit — you should be able to slip two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck — and remove it if you notice skin irritation. Ask your vet first if your dog has sensitive skin.

Can my dog wear it all the time?
Yes. The collar is designed for continuous wear and lasts up to 60 days. Replace the collar after 60 days or if it becomes damaged.
